Generals are responsible for giving NRO to corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, judges instead of holding them accountable. Similarly civilians are responsible for not holding army generals accountable when they imposed martial laws and destroyed constitution.Yeah Generals are to be blamed only not Bureaucrats who have made records of "Haramkhori and Rishwatkhori" and Politicians who looted Pakistan from the roots up.. and fraudster Businessmen who have evaded income tax and are mafias in this country...
Yes on your Modi mediaThat is quite the article. Is Pakistan heading for a civil war?

Whats more democratic than enforcement of law ?
i wish i was this casual about the countrySheikh rasheed may mistakenly enter womens washroom and have charger cable hanging out from his pocket... but he definitely knows which people he needs to put in jail..
No, civil society is robust, even if the system is a giant dumpster fire. That is quite the article. Is Pakistan heading for a civil war?
Secondly for section 5, it's irrelevant here, we're not talking about insulting some police officer's mother to his face, we're talking about political speech and related insults. You can see how it is defined, how it can be challenged, and that courts can take a view as to what is reasonable and what is criminal.
The few controversies we did have with section 5, none of them as far as I am aware led to a conviction. So pls try again.
Criticism yeah insults no as per law...Yes.
Lmao if likes of Naju can be merited to lead that too through rigging why cant those who were chosen by people cant lead right ?
As I said insulting and death threats are not criticism and no in is stopping anyone from criticism only from insulting/threatening institutions...Is criticising institutions illegal? It isn't. However impinging on right of free expression is contravention of constitutional law. So yes, I agree the law should be enforced but not in whatever warped way you wish it were enforced.
Was that meant to be some sort of comeback? Instead of quoting it at me, maybe you should read Article 19 within that same link::
19 Freedom of speech, etc.
Every citizen shall have the right to freedom of speech and expression, and there shall be freedom of the press, subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interest of the glory of Islam or the integrity, security or defence of Pakistan or any part thereof, friendly relations with foreign States, public order, decency or morality, or in relation to contempt of court, 33[commission of] 33 or incitement to an offence.
Lmao... yeah sadke nai bnai na...Lead what? Government has no policy thus why it's back to political victimisation and selected accountability
No, civil society is robust, even if the system is a giant dumpster fire.
Yes on your Modi media
why don't you copy paste the exact declared policy of the government in each regard.Lmao... yeah sadke nai bnai na...
Policies in terms of saying no to those who controlled Pakistan in guise of friendship...
Policies in terms of giving boost to industry...
Policies in terms of wellfare and health and serting up system that works on the ground level..
But patwario ko accountability of corrupt looter victimisation nazar ati he...
