He could have been a kidnapper running away, a suicide jacket transporter, smuggler, anything. There are a million reasons why he could have been seen as a terrorist for running away from a Ranger mobile after being signalled.

He was entering the facility and there were digitally controlled road blocks placed at entrance gate, which go into the ground after getting clearance. About a meter high steel wall. He turned his car and moved towards the open gate which was Exit and the machine-gunner swirled into action and placed his gun at the car, about 4 military officials jumped out with their rifles facing him from 2 directions and he hit the brakes, showed his clear hands from the window and let them come to him. If he moved anything like 1 meter, his fate would have been the same.

Nah, they shouldn't come for me. Most bombings happen to people who upset the Military establishment.
