Right timing, wrong action. You pick people by the dozens, its no problem, but you dont shoot a civilian because he's filming the raid. There was no retaliation from the HQ, that is what even the rangers spokesperson was quick to mention. Something that never would happen if the rangers were to operate in say Al-Asif, Banaras, Sohrab Goth and Liyari. The same rangers fears to operate when other parties are wrecking havoc in the city, the same law enforcers fail to act when its the banned religious organizations distributing pamphlets or collecting funds for their nefarious activities or roaming the streets carrying automatic weapons. Selective justice as it happens, is no justice, its a joke. Never-before has a political party's HQ been raided before and never-after will you see it happening. The discrimination is duly noted and wont leave a good taste in the mouth of the residents of the city. MQM is no angel but neither are others.

The video shows a lot of things, my dear. There are individual frames available to tell the whole story. Enlighten me though, how did a man die in the presence of Rangers, without them arresting anyone for his murder?

P.S No problem with the rangers raid, just do it with everyone and dont kill people when there's no retaliation at all.

there was a mob there too trying to overrun the rangers its hard to say who fired the shot
if the ranger guy tried to shoot him so close the sound in that video clip should have been even louder the the original one as camera man was standing very close to the victim

I heard something else, the Rangers praising the people and saying they were co-operative. There are no mobs trying to overrun the rangers. It might be hard to say but the law-enforcers in question do carry TT pistols, its no secret. Its Pakistan, there will be no forensic report and no investigation. Just another causality in the city.

The real issue is trigger-happy practices and selective/biased actions of Sindh rangers. The incident that happened today isn't new, something similar was seen in 2011.

It was a thick crowd. Pay close attention to the video. The man was killed when rangers were busy in aerial firing. Sound would've been masked in aerial firing. Experience target killers would only take one minute to melt in to thick crowd and run away

Bhai , when a guy shot dead in front of the Rangers , than why dont they react ? they did not arrest anyone from the scene ?? and let this Uncle noma guy , escape from the scene ?? i mean if that what happen so this mean i am not even protected while rangers are there ?
but lets wait and see what the report say , but its hard to believe that the wound on the face of this guy , was so small to be from a AK bullet .. Ak bullet must be bigger and its impact must be more powerful ..right ?

I have paid close attention to the video, I have been watching it since the morning on the TV. Its been just another eventful day in the glorious republic. There was no one arrested for the murder of the slain boy and we understand why. You point at the target killers, I point at the Rangers ahl-kars who regularly carry TT, even if their chief doesn't want to admit that. There are clear pictures of it, from the raid. There was no retaliation, a luxury these trigger-happy people wont enjoy while dealing with religious extremists or gang war terrorists or mafias or even other political parties who are immune to this kind of raid.

You know what the problem is? I would accept in a second if the person was killed by another MQM activist, you wouldn't. Your trust is absolute, mine isn't. Why debate?

Zameen nigal gai ya asmaan kha gaya. Most probable explanation, he ran away into house and would have escaped through roofs. That khabees person was instigating Rangers.

If ranger has fired his pistol, the one MQM page is propagating, there would have been bullet hole on a steel door. Was there any ?

I would point at the picture, I posted earlier. Scroll a few pages back, why the heck is the Ranger's chief lying about his boys having no pistols?

There isn't a film shooting going on to say that the person escaped through the roof, after killing Waqas that too in presence of law-enforcers who couldn't arrest nobody for this murder and who very clearly admit that people were co-operative and didn't retaliate.
