Since no moon was sighted anywhere in North America today, it has been decided by the Hilal committee that the first day of fasting would be on Thursday, August 12.

Of course those of you who do not follow moon sightings and depend on calculations will start fasting tomorrow on Wednesday as ISNA declared it.

Well, I follow moon sightings as I think it is the correct way, so no fast for me tomorrow

Haan, yaar karna parey ga. I'm away from home and no kitchen in these living units, so actually started the fast with 2 cans of red bull and some potato chips... Talk about unhealthy eating
