Many reasons:

1) There are 10s of other beneficiaries of the NRO against whom cases can be re-opened.

2) Zardari's immunity may not apply in Switzerland.

3) Eventually Zardari will not be President and then he can be tried.

Pakistan has a very bad record at nabbing and prosecuting the criminals. Thats why we are in ignoble state we are in.

Most of them leave for Dubai or London, never to come back. I bet 'Asif Sahab' will take the flight to Dubai or London or wherever he has his homes in the world and send his resignation from there.

For the rest of us, who seek justice for our country and end legacy of injustices, we will keep arguing either on this forum or some other.

We don't need to prove anything , its up to them they belive or not?
Its just a matter of time, gen. Kiyani should hve to act, just want to see , it comes before elections or after elections!

Kiyani Sahab's The Most Professional General, probably on par with Late General Asif Nawaz. His patience is being mistaken for his weakness. Make no Mistake, Chaudhary PCO, he's still COAS.

Very true. Mot only has he let the government take its decisions with minimum interference, he has also kept himself very quite. One of the most low-key generals despite a very important tenure, great job by him. The Chief Justice has become a joke!

Mr Cj should know that it does not take long for Heroes to become gutter trash in Pakistan. There are some limits you should never Cross , once you cross them , it is all over.

CJ is partial and he should have never been re-instated by Zardari.
Instead he should have offered him self for accountability and fought his innocence in court of law, with the rules of constitution.
Let there be no doubt.. that no where is it written in constitution that the order of President can be reversed by the black mailing of thugs.
While we all adults know that justice and constitution of Pakistan can never by synonymous.
Even, corruption is legal in law of Pakistan.
Ground reality is that, Politicians and judiciary are complimenting each other in the name of constitution, demoncracy, and justice.
