And when I used to watch Ramayan in late 80s , I was shocked as a child that arrorws can become fire and some times lightening thunders. In that serial it was not the men who were fighting, it was usually their arrows who used to fight each other out in the sky , as a child all those things were mesmerizing for me that how can this happen

We used to get strong doordarshan TV signals in my city due to strong boosters in Jammu area, We used to watch indian movies on doordarshan in 80s and 90s. I even watched many episodes of Ramayan that was telecast in late 80s . I just recently came across this video on youtube and it reminded me that they used to play it a lot on doordarshan TV in late 80s and early 90s, it was an unexpected find because I think this was a good video as it used to show many actors and ordinary people singing in many different languages.

Well I remember those days like yesterday..... But i think there is a new version of this video with Shankar mahadevan (if i remember correctly) in it........
