India and Qatar have sent satellites into orbit from a launch pad in south America.While it was business as usual for India, for Qatar it was a first.It also indicates a new reach into space for the Gulf country that has been expanding its global reach in recent years.Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from French Guiana where the satellites blasted off.

Considering Qatar is an extremely rich country and it has good relations with all the European countries , Including extremely close relationship with the U.S in defense and Media , YES, why not? there are 400,000,000 arabs in the world.
