Everyone can make his own wish but no one can predict what is gonna happen in Syria.
Syrian army can not control everywhere and FSA cannot fight outside urban areas. There is no winner, but one loser, that is the people of Syria. Their GDP will be zero soon. They will not have a simple steel or cement factory after a while, like Afghanistan.
very soon, there will be 3 million Syrian refugees around the world. You will see other countries deporting them back to Syria. They will be killed inside Syria and will be used for labor and prostitution outside Syria.
The best way is to make a compromise.

Syrian army has left unimportant locations , they're focusing on strategic places to take more casualties from the terrorists .

Right now it's Bashar supporters against non-supporters. There are thousands of Sunni soldiers in the Syrian army. There is also fighting between the Kurds and the FSA. Once Bashar falls each group will attempt to gain self rule. The even the Sunnis themselves will fight each other, remember my word.

In Iraq the balance tips for the Shia, it is not equally balanced as you claim. But the political process put limits on powers, so no group can dominate. Before there was a Shia-Kurd alliance while the Sunnis were undermined. Now that alliance is shifting to a Shia-Sunni alliance against the Kurds because if the disputed territories. We are probably going to see the Sunnis get more power in the next election while the Kurds get less. The Shia still dominate either way though.

I understand that Syria will not suddenly turn into a calm country as soon as the regime falls, any normal person would understand that it will take some time for things to settle down, but it will never be like Iraq, Syrian demography and location is different as well.
