what is your question again? Let me clarify it in simple words for you

Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) did not recommended and practiced death penalty for blasphemy but I still think that government whether Islamic or secular should have some laws to protect the religious sentiment of people and no one should have this right to incite and provoke others by mocking any Prophet or scriptures of any religion. I am only against death penalty for blasphemy and associating it with Islam or Prophet(PBUH) of Islam

now is this hard to understand?

This is their tactic of false accusation and then crying 'don't quote me' as if they are being harassed on the forum ... they lose the plot when they can't answer ... they make false accusations and name calling but their tolerance levels are nil when it comes back at them.
