Yeah, i got it, MQM was not in government during 2008-2013 nor they hold any positions but if I recall Babur Ghouri was Minister of ports and shippings, how much it improved under his leadership?

And the JIT report which incidentally published by ansar abbasi, highest number of target killers caught were from MQM, so does it means MQM wants to rule karachi alone or else they will create Law and order situation for others who are ruling it?

The Karachi Port Trust established an annual cargo handling record of over 38.7 million tons during 2008-09, showing a slight increase of 4.1 percent over last years record cargo handling of 37.2 million tons. YET, a lot of Nazi party members ended up joining the Federal Republic of Germany after the war when the allies realized that they were also the best defense against the tide of communism.
So perhaps, the rest of Pakistan should try a similar approach??

But, Altaf Hussain is not that dumb either.. he knows that he is a symbol if not an astute leader and the face that his fanatics rally to.
Hence he is the white elephant that cannot be rid of.

The purge is taking effect.. although most likely.. it will be likely to more of a rebranding/renaming than anyting else.
Some of the more notorious ones(apart from AH that is) will be given "retirement" plans ..and more young ones taken in.

But until Altaf finally moves onto his next ethereal state...MQM will continue to remain a "badmaash" party(not to say that the PPP,ANP,PML(F,M,N,Q etc) arent any different).
