PTI’s return to Parliament challenged in IHC

No, Pakistan cannot hold by-elections on 34 seats that will be vacated by PTI MNAs. This is simply not possible under current circumstances. This void is too much to desolve assembly itself. So we are most likely looking at new elections and interim setup. There is a reason why Speaker NA didn't accept those resignations. Do you think he or NS are fools to delay the acceptance of resignations?

On the other hand, most of PTIs 34 seats are from KPK, around 90% of those. And on top of that, most of KP seats are from far fetched areas of KPK. Good luck doing a massive by-poll in those war hit areas..

Who told you bye elections can't be held on 34 seats ?

& what's then if some judicial commission calls the elections 2013 rigged , then what ?
Then elections can be called ?

if you look how things developed from yesterday & how noora govt brought PTI to NA by just announcing a reference to SC for the creation of judicial commission & then the on slaught on PTI yesterday it all is telling a different story .
I think noora king has planned a judicial death to PTI .

Now Imran Khan would receive the taste of JC before they even start working on it. Keep using Diversion Tactics and kept PTI occupied till a moment they would feel they are safe from Dhandli Allegations. I would give credit to PMLN for their Cleverness they have proved one step ahead of Zardari even. I understand your feelings buddy, in dharna days you morally fully supported to PTI/TuQ and these all kids were enjoying that support, now IK's GREAT come back in same assembly with a deal ( covered with another sweet candy JC ) not only you but hurt a lot of who support IK in past days. PTI doesn't mostly give many opportunities like this for others to take this much advantage..it was a rare occassion and nawaz fully tried to take advantage..IK will hit back when its the right time but this lesson was rightly given to them by the traitors and corrupt people of the parliament.. IK and PTI will think twice before making such decisions in the future
