Sindh has a unique culture of its own. So has Punjab (or KP, Balochistan and GB/AJK for that matter)

That is no solution. Sindh is looking to expand her administrative territories not shrink it.

As a Pakistani you should be advocating for a larger share of rural Sindh in coastal Sindh.

Well, I believe that no province should be looking to expand their administrative territories as we already have huge administrative units in Pakistan, which are an administrative nightmare.

Smaller administrative units are easier to manage/administer. All provinces of Pakistan should be subdivided into smaller units without prejudice to any province/ethnicity

As for rural Sindh, governance structures at local level need to be made more efficient and responsive

Not true. Punjab is largest and most developed

Lahore has an HDI score of 0.877 (highest in Pakistan) while Rajanpur has a value as low as 0.506
Dera Ghazi Khan(0.535) and Muzaffargarh(0.584) aren't much developed either

If Shehbaz Sharif actually fights to be next PM then honestly can see him winning easily, alot of people love him and find him really competent. The way he handled punjab as its governor was marvelous. I would vote him even myself.

More than half of rajanpur and DG khan is mountainous this is the real reason behind low hdi of these two districts this area is like FATA of Punjab. and muzafargarh is not backward part of muzafaragarh is dessert

Large part of Rawalpindi district is mountainous too, but the Pindi district has the third highest HDI (0.871) in Pakistan
Being far away from the center of power is the main reason behind these areas/districts remaining under-developed and neglected
