PTI ‘decides’ to disband Ruet-i-Hilal committees at all levels

Very wise of you while you didnt explain how to share property among siblings after death of father neither you have bother to explain about tafseer of Quran.

So yeah its easy when you dont bother to understand
inheritence:
Read Surah Nisa (chapter 4)

tafseer:
irrelevant; if the Quran and the sunnah orders something then just shut up and FOLLOW it regardless of what the background or the tafseer behind it maybe.

Word of advice bro, don't bother discussing or debating this with me. I've discussed this with mullahs and muftis with far FAR greater depth than you EVER could from 6 different ways under the sunset, NONE of them have been able to prove why they are needed in the society yet. you'll be wasting your time.

!!!!!!!

Unbelievable stuff...I wonder what’s next! This PTI govt is the liberal brigades wet dream
yes, they are very liberal...that is why they were able to force the european hr court to declare blasphemy as NOT a part freedom of speech, something NONE of you so called "religious" types could've ever pulled off in a million years...

Its okay if someone doesnt want to understand.

At early stage of islam alcohal was also legal is someone want to take just that part and start following it then it will be on wrobg side.

Thats why we see ppl who do suicide attack and think they are doing jihad is pretty much example of it. Hint Killing of kufar was legal at one stage also during war against kufar. If one take only that line and start killing now just like suicide attack thing it will be wrong. I am not from pc otherwise i can quote you ayat and hadees also.

As always, Muslims do not want use science and knowledge. But still i heared many time about golden age of Islam when science and knowledge was expanding.

But don't forget, science and scientists could also wrong, so double checking and cross checking procedures should be put in place.

Mufties and ullemas are needed, but if not ckecked and controlled, will spread what they are spreading in Muslims countries... Do i need to remind it ?

sounds like killing anyone innocent, be it Muslim or nonmuslim is haram to me.

Next argument (I'm tellin' ya man, you just can't debate this with me. anything you throw my way, molvis have already thrown far tougher questions my way and have fallen flat on their faces. Everything can be answered through the Quran, sunnah and pure simple, common sense in LIGHT of the Quran and sunnah).

Now you are getting. It's haram to you but if someone just read quran like you are saying
check this for reference what I am trying to say

if someone chooses to ignore the entire context of the Quranic verse and just stick to the verse literally, then that is ill within himself regardless of how much I, you or some molvi tries to clarify it. End of the day, it ALL depends on your intentions...if your intentions are to purify yourself and be a good all round human being then the Quran will guide you. But if you have other intentions then you won't find guidance no matter what. As the Quran says in the very beginning of the 2nd chapter:
Screen Shot 2019-01-07 at 10.40.20 AM.png

so you need to have piety IN you FIRST to be guided. if your full of your ego, hate, selfishness, anger and all kinds of other evil thoughts then forget it, ain't gettin' guided...even the Holy Prophet PBUH couldn't guide egotisical people, his own relatives because of their egotistical selfishness and hatred. you think molvis and muftis would be able to guide anyone who doesn't want to be pure and pious? NO!

If Quran was not easy, there wouldn't be so many reverts after reading.

At surface level, Quran is easy to understand. Mullah do not have exclusive rights to understanding Quran.
No but still not easy go understand what that ayat says trust me go to a Mullah he would tells you entire background in 5 minutes

you still don't get it, do you? If the Quran says not to associate anyone with Allah (shirk), what part of that is so difficult to understand that I would need to ask some "mullah" to explain. Don't associate anyone with Allah means exactlly that...DON'T FRIGGIN' ASSOCIATE ANYONE WITH ALLAH! End of discussion.

Stay away from fahashi and zina, what is so hard to understand about this that I would need to go to some mullah to explain anything?

Don't lie, steal or kill...what is so difficult to understand here that I would need a mullah to explain anything to me in 5 minutes? For those who seek guidance, they'll find guidance in 5 seconds just through The Holy Book Quran.

Be kind, just and charitable as much as you can, what is so hard to understand about this? Anything confusing here that I would need to ask some mullah for any clarification???

The list goes on and on and on!

hey listen man, the buck stops at the fact (yes, FACT) that in a family, the most brilliant child is sent to schools and colleges to becom doctors, engineers, beaurocrats, etc while the most dimwitted child is to madrassahs to become molvis, qaris and muftis! yeah I'm not gonna ask such people for advice on things that would determine my eternity in the hereafter...especially when none of them are willing to stick their neck out on my behalf and take my share of the punishment.
Screen Shot 2019-01-07 at 11.00.06 AM.png

and molvis today are as arrogant as can be...

.
Good decision. In the age of science and technology whats the purpose of seeing moon with naked eyes??

.
what part of that is so difficult to understand that I would need to ask some "mullah" to explain.
You need the Mullah's to explain how many centimeters long your beard has to be, how many inches above your ankle your pants need to stop, which hand to clean your arse with, which foot to enter a masjid with, how many degrees from horizontal your eyes must look if you see a man or a woman or a donkey.

You need Mullah's to explain if Pepsi (or Bepsi) is haraam, if Cadbury chocolates are haraam, if wearing contact lenses is haraam, if putting makeup on is haraam.

They've created a whole bloody industry revolving around telling us whether X/Y/Z stupid little stuff is 'haraam'.

Actually you are saying exactly same thing now as I said earlier.

Finally we got rid of these morons. We need to shut down these jahil so called "ulema" for good and start checking their qualifications and IQ intelligence. As for this Zarvan fellow. He's our fellow muslim brother but he is clearly wrong and part of this problem in Pakistan. He is relying solely on literal interpretations which are limiting his understanding of the subject. He is only looking at the "letter of the law" rather than the "spirit of the law" which is also important to know to fully understand any scripture. You have to give him credit that he is being protective of his beliefs because thats his motive for being so rigid and gluing his ears shut for fear of being astray, but he also needs to understand that he is only holding himself back from a complete understanding of islam by not looking at the actual reason a certain rule might be in place. No offence to Zarvan btw. I understand him perfectly. Sorry for any offence Zarvan and if you're a humble fellow like our guiding prophet, then you will graciously admit you've made a mistake and rectify it.

Yeah, but you do realize that there are literally thousands of Mullahs in Pakistan, who support the brutal atrocities committed by the TTP/ISI/JUA/LeJ etc? And thousands in the Arab world who provide cover (overtly or covertly) for ISIS in Iraq & Syria?

It is Mullah's that are usually the rabble rousers inflaming a mob to lynch people over some stupid argument.

I agree with Gumnaam - there is some very basic stuff (don't kill, steal, enslave, discriminate etc) that is common sense.

.
uhm...no, I am not. context is NOT the tafseer. mohkamaat ayat have a context of their own within the Quran that do NOT require a tafseer to clearly understand. But it DOES require common sense and elementary level of education...
We should leave it here as you are contradicting with your comments. If elementary level of education is needed how come Papu pan wala will have that in Pakistan and what is the percentage of having elementary level of education in Pakistan and how many have that level of education in old times?

Thank you for your time.
