His last name is Lund, so I dont know how its the parents fault. I googled it and there is Baloch tribe called Lund which settled in Punjab and Sindh region, he is probably one of them.
Different cultures have different names. Butt is also common name in South Asia.

there are hindus in this tribe as well I have come across a Rajkumari Lund as well during an exam.
