Dravida means land between three oceans. I have no idea why you are linking it to "arya" as if there is some connection between the two.
King Satyavrat was the ruled of Dravida Kingdom. So that makes him Dravidian i.e. from the south. In fact, before the deluge, Iksvaku was the king of the Dravida kingdom too since Satyavrat had handed over the kingdom to his son and had taken sanyas ashram.
Its only after the Deluge, that Satyavrat became Manu and Iksvaku became king of Ayodhya.
You are confusing his Lineage it is from Rishi Kashyap, who is not from South, hence Rishi Kashyap's grand son Visvat is not from South same as Rajnikant Gayakwad is a Maharashtrian but not Tamilian he but rules South.
Mind you all the Lineages are related to Vedas and Vedic Period and not mentioned in Kumari Kandam hence little to do with Dravida or Dravidian Lineages.
And kindly note I was taking about North - South not in the literal sense.
