if my adult sister/daughter chose to continue with this path despite my objections and advice, then there's nothing I can do and I'd have to be supportive once they made said decision.

Clear difference

Prostitution = Taking Money for Favors of sexual nature and exploiting the money giver with false promises

Cheer Leading = Warming up the crowd to cheer for their team , in a United fashion , while looking cute, allowing fans to take selfies with good looking girl. Leading the chants so crowd follows the girl's lead and develops a loud chant to disrupt focus for rival team.

Cheer Leaders are naturally beautiful and selected on basis of their looks to appeal to crowd similar to models used in marketing

They are kinda like brand ambassadors

Most Pakistanis just like to imagine they live in a bubble


Police is doing mujra
Public is doing dancing in marriges
Public invites dancers to do dance shows at marriges and events
More entertainment in private parties
Umar Akmal was doing Mujra before he was banned by cricket team for no reason

But for PSL I suppose all the takaluf

You know what , I am 100% ok with Cheer Leaders

Rich class eating mewa and badam + Kishmish , and acting all noble about cheer leaders when it comes to normal public.

I just find enough evidence exist to support , my claim dancing / expression of joy or expressive motions have been part of our culture but we just don't admit it

, the PSL secretariat had suggested that cheerleaders should perform during the PSL 4 matches.

“The franchise owners were assured the female cheerleaders would be wearing proper eastern dresses and would not wear anything objectionable and they would perform in one corner of the ground where the matches are to be held,” according to a source in the PCB which was quoted by the report.

However, the franchise owners turned it down.

The franchise owners, as per the report, rejected the proposal “objecting to them having to shell out USD 14,000 dollars and… because they felt the presence of cheerleaders would not be helpful in enhancing the popularity and following of the league.”

The PSL 2019 kicks off from February 14 in Dubai and will run for roughly a month, with Karachi hosting the final on 17th March 2019. 34 matches will be played in the PSL 4. Lahore and Karachi will share eight matches between them at the later stage of the 32-day event.

Cheer leaders are vey much an American sports institution associated with their sports.
