“Say to the believing men (Mu'minin) that they should lower their gaze and protect their private parts. This is more purer for them. Indeed Allah is Well-Aware of what they do.” (Surah Nur: 30)
I say male cheerleaders for women sports
who?Hi Anita Sarkesian
sameI would volunteer for that.
on pointNo girl/woman commented on the thread.
Men quarreling over rights of women, Pakistan.
Using foreign cheer leaders kind of speak of some sort of inferiority complexI'm a liberal and I see absolutely no point in having cheer leaders, in any sport. It's nothing more than objectifying women to titillate sections of a male audience.
If the goal is to have some sort of entertainment, those 'sparklers' or fireworks that shoot out of the ground when someone hits a boundary or takes a wicket would probably be more 'dazzling', and the teams/PCB can always look at hiring singers/bands etc to perform at half time instead of using cheerleaders.
Dude do you live in a cave?who?
no, but I dont know who you referred toDude do you live in a cave?
Well dancing is not prostitution nor modelling is prostitution
That's what I said - if someone's adult sister or daughter wants to get into the entertainment industry, they don't have the right to force them to do something they don't want to do or force them to not do something they want to do.we are not talking about semantics but the deeds, if someone has no problem with watching someone's daughter dance then they should not have a problem having others watch their daughter dance, whether provided or asked or requested or forced is not under discussion
Would I be 'OK' with it? No, I don't think it's a good career option and I would advise against it, but if my adult sister/daughter chose to continue with this path despite my objections and advice, then there's nothing I can do and I'd have to be supportive once they made said decision. So you'd be okay with your sister/daughter doing this?
