It is fact and no proof required to believe about involvement of RAW against Pakistan. It is the duty of intelligence agencies to work against traditional rivals. If you dont want to believe this simply you are in a state of denail.

If RAW is not operating against Pakistan, why it is not disbanded yet?
RAW is an intelligence agency not a social welfare organisation.

The TTP and BLA operate on your Western borders. Iran, Afghanistan and America operate on your Western borders. I doubt the RAW has significant operational bases & capabilities beyond the Indian homeland.
