Prominent Sikh leader joins PTI

Part of democratic culture. No big deal.

If its nt a big deal, plz put a thread with the names of peoples who are leaving pti, & if its a democratic culture thn a pakistani sikh , shouldn't be getting space jst for joining PTI?

^^ I'm not voting for any party or any individual. So i'm definitely not one of those people who you mentioned....

Thanks god, still good peoples living in pak!

I, think its a practical show of PTI's cross cultural appeal nothing to do with leavers, every party has fair share of them.

I have noticed Sikhs in KP resemble pathans, are they pathan or hindko sikhs?

They r ethnically Pushtun, speak Pushtu and Hindko...there are more Pushtun Sikhs in Pakistan than Punjabi Sikhs !!!

No first rule of sikhism is that every human is child of God and no sect is bigger or better. Sects and casts are completely abolished in Sikhism and every Sikh has to eat and share with others irrespective of their financial status, caste, sect, or religion. Hopefully that helps.

Waise, in reality there are indeed sects in Sikhism. I dont know if you are aware of that in Canada, but in India its a reality and so is caste among the Sikhs.

True , Caste system is abolished amongst Sikhs but it exists among them just like it does among Muslims and Christians as well.

Haven't you heard of Jatt Sikhs , Chamar Sikhs etc .
