Im currently in Peru. Evrything is awesome but the high altitude creates problems i was not aware of. Im at 4350m above sealevel and feel kinda weak. I hope it goes away soon, because i cant do my usual training routine with usual intensity.

You will eventually get used to it. I remember the same symptoms happened to me when I was in Northern Pakistan. I recommend you practicing deep breathes. Jogging; although may now seem more tiresome, is also a good way to get used to the altitude.

Hopefully you won't get headaches. Then you'll be wondering how to GTFO as quickly as possible before you go insane. I suggest you make a plan just in case. My sister was in Peru and had issues.

I just feel incredible weak. I do bodybuilding and im a sport freak. So this is so strange for me. I feel weak. When i walk, even at slow speed, my legs shake. I talked with our guide and he said its normal so far. My muscles need alot of oxygen and since the air is so thin, i dont get it.

Since im an idiot i tried my normql training routine which was a huge mistake. I battled against vomiting almost one hour.

We were in Puna today and visited market. I suddenly felt sick and noticed that i will collapse. I did sit down on some stairs and our guide cared for me. Gave me a coke

Nd I feel better when I'm in areas of sea level .
I get less hungry , pain in legs starts during winter , dryness , ... Most important , is my digestive system is better in sea level areas .

For starters stop trying to look like Hulk, I don’t understand what’s so attractive about looking so big ‘beast mode’ needs to go on ‘chill mode’

Take Diamox for 3 days. It will make your blood Thin which would be able to carry more oxygen and help you Avoid AMS or High Altitude Sickness. Apart from this Drink as much water as you can and avoid Smoking and Alcohol for few days. Its quite common when you are on higher altitudes. I can tell this with experience as I travel to Ladakh every year and cross through the passes as high as 18300 feet.
