Problems at high altitude

Looking attractive is not the aim here looking intimidating is :D


You may be wrong in this member's case ......... there is difference between fitness modeling and body building ... I guess.

I just feel incredible weak.

You need to get a lot of oxygen, may be you should buy a canister of portable oxygen, take a shot or two when you feel weakened. Take care of your hydration, diet and vitamins. And good amount of sleep. Slow small steps while walking. It will take time to get acclimated to higher altitude if you haven't been there before.

For starters stop trying to look like Hulk, I don’t understand what’s so attractive about looking so big ‘beast mode’ needs to go on ‘chill mode’

I dont try to look like Hulk. I achieved too look like the roman / greek ideal.

That said, i feel better now. We are at La Paz at 3800m altitude and i think my body adjusted. I feel normal and can do my training in normal performance. Its inteesting how fast one can adapt.
