Ah what a lie 95% this is little over exaggerated. I believe 95 % are enjyoing facilities like elec and water. And for Grand Mosque, I can only say Allah knws best but just a week ago i done my Umrah thanx to Allah, they are expanding mosque as per requirement And i saw construction was going on to xpand the mosque U can c it in below image which i took after Umrah from top floor which is recently constructed.

Oh God ! I saw her on MBC channel one on a show called Alamat Estifham ( علامات إستفهام ). She said " Only 5 percent of Saudis are extremely wealthy and living in Luxury "

She said nothing about 95 percent of the people being poor with no water and electricity lol .. she did not even say the number 95 xD . Maybe its only PressTV's assumption LOL .
