Presidential elections in Iran

Here is a topic for presidential elections in Iran.

Mesbah Yazdi called for vote for Lankarani (was Minister of Health under Ahmadinejad government).

Lankarini was candidate but today he announced he would not be and ask to vote for Jalili.
The famous Jalili for nuclear talks.

There will be no reformist candidate , except Khatami, said to be the "weak reformist".
Khamenei said about it : "we got good governance of Ahmadinejad after 8 years of cheat" (reference to reformists)

Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani is candidate too. But nothing is sure he will be accepted by Guardians.

About this matter we know Khamenei didn't like at all Rafsandjani. Hashemi was the one who made possible Khamenei to be leader in the past, as reminded Rafsandjani.
Rafsandjani said Israel is not our ennemy and it needs talks with USA... he said that in purpose of normalization of relations . Rafsandjani has always been for talks . No pro Israel policy to see in that .
But Khamenei then said he wants a president who will be hard against West. So obviously he didn't want Rafsandjani being president.

After green wave it was the end of reformists step by step.
Now they don't want to be candidates (except Khatami but his reason is very special, since he didn't want to offend anyone) as, they say,, they know that there is no use to be candidate.
