North Korea said on Saturday
U.S. missile strikes against a Syrian airfield on Friday were “an unforgivable act of aggression” that showed its decision to develop nuclear weapons was “the right choice a million times over.”
The response by the North’s foreign ministry, carried by the official KCNA news agency, was the first since U.S. warships in the Mediterranean Sea launched dozens of missiles at a Syrian air base which the Pentagon says was involved in a
chemical weapons attack earlier in the week.
Diplomatically isolated North Korea considers Syria a key ally.

A number of ballistic and aerodynamic decoys were also deployed in the imitation attack and were taken out by the crews of S-400, S-300PS and Pantsir-S anti-missile and anti-aircraft systems, the statement added.
Designed by the Almaz/Antei Air Defense Concern, and built by the Fakel Machine-Building Design Bureau, the S-400 were introduced into the Russian military in 2007.
As of 2016, Russia had received 39 divisions, or 312 launchers.
The S-400 was developed as an upgrade of the S-300 series of surface-to-air missile systems. The system entered service in April 2007 and the first S-400 was deployed in combat in August 2007. Russia set up four S-400 regiments defending national airspace in the Moscow region, the Baltic exclave of Kaliningrad, and the Eastern Military District.
Russia is delivering five S-300 anti-aircraft missile batteries (“divisions” in Russian) to Kazakhstan this year. Another four batteries are going to Belarus, which has also agreed to join the aid defense system. Armenia, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan are also expected to sign on as well.
These S-300 systems being handed out have recently been retired by Russia and replaced by S-400s. Kazakhstan is getting their S-300s cheap while Belarus is said to be receiving them free. Since 2007 Russia has been replacing its Cold War era S-300 air defense systems with the newer S-400 (SA-21). Each S-300/400 battery consists of 4-8 launcher vehicles (each with two missiles, plus two reloads) plus radar vehicles and a command vehicle.
Russia is planning to have 56 S-400 batteries in service by the end of the decade.
Russia has 160 older S-300 batteries, most of them the SA-10 model. Each S-300 battery had a long-range search radar to detect targets and 6-8 launcher vehicles (each carrying four or two missiles).
The S-400 missiles weigh 1.8 tons each, are 8.4 meters (26 feet) long, and about 50cm (20 inches) in diameter. There are actually three different missiles, each with a different range (120, 250 and 400 kilometers)
The S-400 system actually has two types of missiles, one of them being smaller with a shorter range (120 kilometers) and two larger missiles with much more range (250 and 400 kilometers). The 120 kilometers range missile are deployed four to a launcher, like S-300 systems.
The S-300 family is in active use with the armies of Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Greece, Iran, Kazakhstan, Syria, Slovakia, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Pantsyr-S1 (also known as Pantsir) is a close-in air defence system designed to defend ground installations against a variety of weapons including fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, ballistic and cruise missiles, precision-guided munitions and unmanned air vehicles.
There will be no full scale war the missile strikes were not against Syria or Russia. The missile strikes on the Syrian airbase were against China to pressurize the Chinese president, so that he thinks Trump is a serious man and make a deal with Trump over North Korea but the actual picture will be shown by China when the Chinese president returns home. Lets wait for that as China is also Syrian ally.
Already war is going on and its visible in Ukraine, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Somalia.
North Korea carried out missile test just before President Trump visit to China and you think that attack in Syria was carried out to give message to Chinese or Russians ?
Are you saying that Chinese soldiers are being deployed in Syria ?
