President of Pakistan addresses SCO in Urdu

We Pakistanis are completely different to you Indians. ;)

Okay let's try reading my previous post once again:
Unfortunately many Indians don't know that Urdu - just like present day Pakistanis - has also come from Arabia and it has nothing to do with Sanskrit.

I hope 3rd time was enough:)
Paspai ka ehsaas Gul rukh ki tbaa,a aamzai or itni sakeel guftugoo jaysay aahoo ka rakss ho

This one one would prolly take 30 sec max.
Didn't get it. So many Persian words there.

But let's try this:

"Tum kyu jhooth bol rahe ho"

That was Hindi. Did you understand it?
If no, it's okay.
If yes, then how did you understand an alien language from a country far away from you?

I do not give a wooden nickel for your posts, because your posts are garbage.

Now shoo! ;)

Urdu, like Hindi, is a form of Hindustani. It evolved from the medieval (6th to 13th century) Apabhraṃśa register of the preceding Shauraseni language, a Middle Indo-Aryan language that is also the ancestor of other modern Indo-Aryan languages, including the Punjabi dialects. Around 75% of Urdu words have their etymological roots in Sanskrit and Prakrit, and approximately 99% of Urdu verbs have their roots in Sanskrit and Prakrit

Urdu and hindi are as much different as Zero and Jero
both will never be same

There were Only two words of farsi origin in my previous post and you couldn't even get the slightest of the idea of your very own "indeginous language" us post ka arth ap nay ghalat btaya ku k ap k khud k arth ho gy thy

I agree that it's exceedingly foul to see the Bharati attempt at desecrating the complex history and nature of Urdu, with their typical and predictable world class insecurity and "indigenous my-lala-invented-it babble".

But let's not be too harsh on them.

Urdu, unlike Hindi, wasn't artificially created out of thin air in 1880, so our fellow neighbors are utterly unable to comprehend the nature and beauty of a complex language like Urdu that spans actual culture and heritage from the Ghaznavids to the Mughals. They are comparing it to the living joke we call "Hindi" which their Lalas did invent overnight. And to fulfill the stereotype, they called it "Hindi", yet another mispronounced variation of Sindh.

I would laugh if it wasn't so effing sad.

And Modi will address in Hindi. He has been doing it for quite some time now. He also addressed the UN in Hindi.

Nice to see Indian languages being used to address multinational summits.

you call it hindi?? should i show you video of actual Hindi?
you speak language of muslims and call it Hindu ooops hindi.

and by the way, both our president and your PM do it so because they both cant read english properly

Urdu nouns and adjective can have a variety of origins, such as Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Pushtu and even Portuguese, but ninety-nine per cent of Urdu verbs have their roots in Sanskrit/Prakrit.

When you say Zero and Jero, you're referring to pronounciation. Both however refer to the same thing i.e. 0.

For example, Arabs call it Bakistan instead of Pakistan because that's how they pronounce it. In this case too, both refer to the same thing.
Hope that helps, and you're welcome :)

urdu...english....or arabic...

doesn't matter...

but had he bring kashmir in his address...??

I know this is pretty off-topic but the Urdu he spoke sounded so beautiful. Does anyone know how I could learn Urdu to such a high level since I speak pretty simple Urdu i.e nothing really poetic? I find it difficult to understand urdu news anchors a lot of the time.

do you realize Urdu and Arabic are also different languages

Urdu is a lot similar to JF-17. Arabic script, Sanskrit grammar, Hindi-Persian words, got developed in Indian state of UP, but still Pakistanis call it 100% indegenious.
