i think everyone is well aware that obama visited india in 2010 at the time pakistan is at war in swat and other places... as obama give this speach CIA was planing a covert operation to kill OSAM BIN LADAN without informing pakistanis. if Obama sincerely have this kind of understanding on pakistan then why the hell he send a stealth chopper to pakistan to hunt down his most wanted terrorist living near pakistani military academy under ISI's protection?? why don't he tell pakistanis about the operation neptune spear???..

IMHO what obama is doing is justification of US aid to pakistan.. they don't want to agree that they are arming someone who is really their enemy.

He was prepared for an "expected" question beforehand. In other words he was not surprised and the words were simply accurately chosen that's all. Other things like storm, strategic importance etc are nothing new, in fact his answer is more of a "how to" for India on global political etiquette. I see some serious comprehension issues here.
Listen to his speech again and you will understand what POTUS meant .
Obama came to India in winter 2010, Osama died in may 2011, almost after 6 months.It also coincides with the period when Osama was under America's watch.
Obama did not want to give out too much at that stage but he did hint "It is also a country that....within it has SOME of the EXTREMIST elements".

Well, you cannot wall off a whole nation because of the wrong doings of some, this is what India needs to understand. At the same time you cannot generalize whole India because of some hindu extremists and fanatics. You are giving too much stress on his words "internal elements". Is it something new for you? What is there for you to fancy about? The question posed by the girl is actually pre-scripted and India didn't get the desired result of it's mass media and political campaigns. The only good thing happened for India is to weigh the process of future intensification for the same. Lastly, no country will ever be in favour of calling Pakistan a terrorist state. Again stratigically and politically not possible. Not to forget no country would want to face the reaction of Pakistani community residing in that country. Nukes also playing their role. The advise was given by Obama was actually to India that C'mon buddy move on as this is very immature of you to ask silly questions; we do not have interest in Pakistan-India politics; do what to want to with each other; I am in India for my interest only. To sum up, India needs to find other ways to defame Pakistan if it doesn't want to throw away the paranoa or otherwise India will loose the geo-political credibility.

Pakistan suffers a lot from international terrorism, but lack the necessary resources to deal with it. I think China and others should provide as much assistance as possible.

China is already providing the assistance but we have not seen any crack down on Anti CHinese terrorist till date like they do to TTP and other anti Pakistani terrorist.

Just note the obsession with Pakistan in everything the Indians breath and say. Pakistan is always the focus of attention in the Indian mind. How utterly desperate these people are to have Pakistan annihilated. It's almost like their world revolves around Pakistan. The question is not some random question just comes into your mind accidently; this is the very question India has been trying to raise on every platform with no success. Obama was expecting this question as he knew India might try to weigh US stand on Pakistan. The college girl might not know the gravity of the scripted line given to her but that does shows the mindset of a deluded nation. Well I say "nation" and not "some elements" for the sake of reciprocity. Unfortunately, another epic fail. India has to move on now and throw away all obsessions with Pakistan but if paranoa continues, which surely will, India will continue to loose maturity and linger on in the state of current childhoodness.
