When i was into meditation, i could not sleep properly and each time i closed eyes, i used to see terrible faces, beings. Once i kept visualising a eye, similar to the eye of horus. Not Horus the admin here

when im in meditation, i see the most beautiful face, i visualize that face, its the most innocent and most shining face. My heart beat is slow at start, then it starts to rise, it goes faster and faster till i feel my body and my spirit are two separate things and my spirit wants to leave my body and meet its creator. but my spirit is locked and cannot leave my body, but it becomes so powerful that it starts to control my body.
