I would negatively rate you post for personal attack on Joe, but i dont think it is worth it. Learn to treat others the way you want to be treated. FYI Joe Shearer is one of the most respected members on this forum.

No, please don't drop down to that level.
Joe shearer is not some xyz.He is a true professional and is very honorably representing your country on this discussion board.You were lucky that you got his attention in any form.

You were late to respond and made him knock the door of your conscience 6 times.Your loss that you couldn't use it as an opportunity to learn something from him.But anyway i can't judge you.You may be inexperienced and new to the world of online fora.So, there must be someone to tell you.

You too like him are a representative of your country.This is no way to present your case.
We the members of this board too are humans.Joe shearer has a huge amount of experience to share that the inexperienced men like me can learn from .The senior members of this board maintain a learning environment at the expense of their valuable time.You can't pay them back in anyway but respect them and show your intent to learn more from them.

I would have loved to share my bit of personal experiences strictly related to the style in which one could have settled this in a desirable way.But as usual i'm short of time.And just dropped by to stop you from ruining it any further.

Bottom line :
IMO now that you are ahead of the stage of rectifying it. It'll better to put that down on experience and move on.Instead of committing yourself,you can be the one to learn from others' mistakes.It'll help you in all the affairs of your life.(Be humble, be observant and have a keen desire to learn.)

You did. You called him a "pathetic biased person". That's a personal attack, whether or not it's true. (I'm not saying it is true, but even if...) Try to contest the ranking itself, not the ranker. The latter is what constitutes a personal attack.

@S.U.R.B. : It is better not to think of members here as representatives of their country, because the sample set is prone to selection bias. I'm sure you don't want us judging your country by the behaviour of "certain" members here. It's more accurate to think of individual posters as representing themselves and their own views, and the entire membership of a country representing the community of people in that country who are likely to join and participate in a forum such as this. Defence enthusiasts, people with strong opinions about social or political issues, etc (mostly, those members are only from Pak).

I don't know about Pakistan, but it is my opinion that the views expressed by Indians here on many topics are not representative of the nation as a whole. And I'm pretty sure that holds for B'desh as well.
