They can return our territory back to us like good neighbours and we will quadruple our trade with them.

The other option for us is to simply wait till invaders assault and ravage Pakistan from all other borders and sides other than ours till they are internally destroyed. Once that is done, we walk over and plant our flag.

Yes, I just corrected myself. My opinion remains, despite my lousy memory, that J&K are not material to positive needs of the world. It is a pointless argument based on raw, backward religious prejudices on both sides, no matter which side had the population majority. Just absolutely pointless and useless to building a better more progress world full to more free democratic nations.

We so far needed a leader with balls to stand upto your pressure, Pakistan's unwarranted threats and our 'dear friends' from the Religion of Peace.

Your country is predominantly the problem in Kashmir. You took their side despite our cautions and alerts and today you are mired in an endless war.

I would have no problem with mutually agreed to by both Pakistan and India, processed thru the UN Security Council, declaring the current LOC as the new formal international border.

Kashmir is a stale religious argument. It as an area is and has been since 1947 used by both Pakistan and India to distract the struggling for a better life masses from shortcomings that are holding the people back from sorely needed progress.

1.) Its not a religious matter for both nations... its more about the fundamental reasons of the existence of India and Pakistan.
India claims Kashmir as its own, not on ANY religious matter because India was never formed as a theocratic state!
Pakistan claims it mainly because of its Muslim majority, but that argument is invalid here because India is not a state based on any religion!

2.) I dont know about Pakistan, but military spending never took a large amount of the countries economy. It currently is around 2 % of our GDP.

On to other issues that can more rationally be dealth with. Jammu and Kashmir are pointless, pointless, pointless.
