PNS Babur confront the indian navy Ship

What was the INS doing wrong? It held a steady course as is mandated of the ship being passed, the impotus was entirely on the PNS to steer around the ship it was overtaking which they failed to do and instead steered into the INS whilst her crew shouted Islamic war cries and this is something you are actualy defending? If so the rot is so deep within your society that not only are you willing to write off such incidents but worse you try to justify them.

I guess the PN has abandoned proffesionlism as they are little more than a coast guard and instead get their jollies from ramming other ships on the high seas?


True true, not only do they face a significant disadvantdge in their force levels but apparently they aren't even well led (which is perhaps untrue for the PAF and PA). It's a very grim situation for the PN indeed, perhaps this is what happens when you have a force so utterly neglected and cast aside that the officers feel untouchable and that they need to demonstrate their "manliness".

Ins godavari ..displayed her professional behavior by allowing PNS BABUR to return to her base safely.

comparing yourself to the US navy? Not even in your dreams!! If you fired upon the ship, you think they would just take it and relax? I think you can see the much larger size of the other ships captain's balls who rammed into the IN ship. And you'd expect such aggressive person to sit quiet and let you guys fire?

Stupid posts like these tell me how many real professionals are on here. You can't take out this ship by cannon fire. They can do just as much damage by returning fire. In fact, if they just retaliated with their CIWS, those heavy piercing projectiles would cut the other ship open, forget the Cannons. This is simply too close. And if the IN vessel decided to arm their missiles, it would immediately alert the PN's sensors that this ship is trying to lock onto her. And they will do the same. Unless you precisely hit the missile section (which can't happen as the ship determines the trajectory, not an object sitting on the ship), even if this ship was hit by missiles, before it goes down, it would've fired her own missiles. So both the ships would be seriously damaged, if not destroyed.

I think this was a little unprofessional. But this stupid fanboy commentary on here is even worst. Too much Bollywood type dramatic imagination going on without knowing your real place on the charts of Blue water navies. LOL, comparison to the USN
