This is from 2011 & Pakistan did protest that the Indian ship rammed the Babur till some imbecile from the Pakistani crew undid all the hard work of lies by uploading the video (the Godhavari crew had their own video which was shown to the navy brass & the GoI.)

Religion was originally devised to control the weakness of men like anger,hate,lust,greed etc., but here it is exploited to serve the cause of religion! If there was hostility, you wouldn't expect people standing around shouting and taking pictures.

It wasn't hostility per se..it was stupidity on their part..specially those leaning from the side decks cheering.

When a ship moves forwards it displaces water..hence suction is created..this suction effect is maximum at the quarters, both port and starboard quarters of the vessel. That's is why Pakistani ship got pulled in as it tried to overtake at such close quaters.

Had there been a collision, those leaning on the side would have been thrown overboard and either crushed between the hulls of two ships or would have been sucked into the propellor of the Indian ship.

Hence what they were doing wasn't not only outright dangerous but inherently stupid.

Oh this is a 3yr old incident when we had a very weak government in power.

For Pakistanis showing bravado is more important than showing intelligence. The Indians were waving hands, taking pics and just having fun. On the other hand, Pakistanis came out and started shouting their usual slogans and the captain almost rammed the ship into the Indian ship. Stupidity and unprofessionalism at its best but still expect the fanboys to support it.

If they were following ethics then we would not have had terrorists coming from across the border.

Very surprising and unprofessional behaviour.

There seems to be a discipline issue with the Force.
Hopefully PN Command uses the video as evidence for a Disciplinary hearing and sets an example for the Force.

While overtaking the PNS Babur did come closer than normal,but the actual collision happened due to panic of Indian ship. If the Indian ship had maintained course and speed,no collision had happened.
You can clearly see the indian ship's Rear swinging towards Pakistani ship. That happened because the man on helm had given hard over to port and the stern of the ship swung in the opposite direction to port and hit the Passing Pakistani ship.
India needs to train their navy,not to panic and keep calm.

its evident from video PN was always on collision approach like suicide bombers INS did best to avoid the collision like professionally trained sailors, but it will be noted in due course whenever hostilities confront the named ship ex HMS now PNS will be taken out much before they get in range of 200 nautical mile.

The Pakistan navy ship was an overtaking vessel which had to take all the evasive actions being the "Give way" vessel.Indian ship had to be the "dtand on" vessel..or do nothing vessel.
Pakistan navy ship was performing as per international regulations,but indian ship panicked and took evasive action which was not required and caused accident.
