Hard to compare when neither of PMLN and PTI completed the terms. Nawaz sharif was taken off the air just soon after he came to the powers and exercised military operations, and some energy projects.

PPP is the one who completed the entire term uninterrupted and had fully backing from General Kiyani. Nawaz Sharif didn’t and neither does Khan now.

So given the circumstances, PPP failed miserably despite the odds, powers and complete terms with fully backing.

PMLN term outside of economics was good- but for a developing country
economy is the core parameter to judge a government

Pigeonholed PMLN with disqualified Nawaz, that people voted for, is not same as ppp who have been given full powers with fully backing uninterrupted.

People voted for Bhutto slogan thus Zardari; not disqualified Gillani who was nobody in politics and in status.

Zardari was failed politician who earned the title rightly Mr 10% unopposed. There is no comparison to Zardari to this day.

When PML(N) left government in 2018, it left $9 billion in treasury. If Pakistan was not bankrupt then, so how come Pakistan is bankrupt now when there are $22 billion in Treasury?

You also have to look at forward borrowing

Giving them net reserves of -3b$
