I think non Muslim minorities should pay Jaziya to the Muslim majority, and they should live according to the cultural social standards set by Muslims, e.g no alcohol, no gambling, etc.

after this, they should be given protection by the Muslim government.

I agree with you Johnson. PML-N won because of the waderas and feudals who exploit not only the innocent poor Muslims, but the poor Christians as well. They do not want the Christians to get high positions or progress, as they will loose their cheap labour.

What is jazya? Is that even a word? The proper Arabic word is Jizya. Now according to the beautiful Shari'a of our Noble Primordial Deen, Jizya can only be charged from a male non-Muslim, not employed in the army but employed elsewhere, and is above the age of 15.

any non-muslim man employed in the army will not pay jizya

Have the waderas/feudal left anything for the poor Christian capable men in Pakistan to even have the ability to pay jizya? At least give them opportunity, and take them out of the clutches of bonded labour and feudal slavery. Then we can talk about this non-Muslim tax called jizya.
