PML-N head Nawaz Shareef Got Bail .....

Hopefully, he will do a clean sweep in the next term. The only way to bring about real change is to get 2/3 majority in both upper and lower legislative houses of the parliament.
I hope so too. But the establishment works in mysterious ways and for reasons that no sane mind can accept.

In France when a prisoner is sick, he is allowed to go to hospital but... under strict escort of policemen and if neede under watch of the special unit of the Police. I saw this myself when I had to go in the emergency unit of hospital.

After check-up the prisoner is bring back in his zero star hotel.

Why can’t we do same in Pakistan?

Good bye Pakistan. Fucking dumb people, no wonder the country is what it is, a shit hole.

Atleast the country is a lot better shithole when shithead morons like you are living away from it.
Stay there and keep your dumb brain there as well.
Morons like you who want everything to fix itself over night and perfectly align with your state of extreme impatient mind, and start going crazy on the simplest of things not being the way you expect are the real leeches we need to get rid of for the society to advance.

Tell me again what exactly have you done for this country? Or to bring a change apart from being an asshole on the internet?

For the other sane folk.
The retarded thug should have stayed in the jail regardless of whether he was sick or not. No one else gets a bail when they are sick. Some one needs to file a petition in the court asking them what the eff they are doing and what kind of law is this?

But then again, it might just be a part of a deal where the thug has finally agreed to let go most of his stolen money and bargain freedom, and might just have earned some free days outside the jail as a trial run.

Because Pak is a colony of Criminal Enterprise with 220 million slaves!

Truly sad to see this 'special' treatment of these criminals.

These have not only looted the wealth but stolen the Future of 220 million Paks.

More than 50% Paks living below the poverty line... are not humans, just lost souls without a future for themselves or their children, grandchildren.

These vampires have stolen the Humanity of generations.

Pak State got blackmailed by these foreign sponsored criminals. Nawaz Leauge out of Jail... now Zardari League is blackmailing... they will also get The Relief.

@Irfan Baloch my friend you were right! This House of Sharif is indeed too strong. Sad. Tragic state of Being.

#SadDay for Pak. Looks like Paks will always will be ruled by this Criminal Class.

Organised Corruption is Crime Against Humanity.

@Farah Sohail @PakSword

Justice Khosa has set a very wrong precedent today.. in his remarks today...while Kh haris was arguing abt mental stress..J Khosa said tht is the problem of every person.. he even rejected Dr lawrence letter ...yet gave bail to sharif for 6 weeks...

In Pak there are two set of laws..one for all and other for sharifs.. wasnt expected from J Khosa

The problem with unchecked corruption for decades is that it effects everyone in the position of power, including Judges. While the same judges (naoozubillah) act like gods when it comes to common/poor people but become so generous when dealing with rich and powerful. What's the guarantee that his foreign bank account didn't received a huge deposit in recent weeks?

This judge himself should be sued for breaking the law and giving bail to a convicted criminal. Bail is granted before the trial and conviction, not after someone is convicted of a crime. If he is sick, let him fucking die in prison, who cares.

Today Nawaz Shareef got bail from Supreme Court for 6 weeks , detail judgment will fallow soon...….

I have no problem with him getting bail ,But , this one act of Our SC shows how pathetic and double standers our judicial (whole) system have...……

In Pakistan if you are powerful you can get all the benefits , if not then basic rights will be denied to you , because "Democrazy is in danger" , Democrazy is best revenge , and 18th amd is better then Holy Words so Pee Pee Pee wont let them change it.
After this judgment I demand all other sick prisoners also have right to get bail on the bases of Medical ground , and they are allowed to go out side of Pakistan If Nawaz Shareef is allow to go

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to release jailed former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on bail for six weeks to receive medical treatment but said he would not be allowed to leave the country.

Sharif is serving a seven-year sentence imposed last year for failing to disclose the source of income that allowed him to acquire the Al-Azizia Steel Mills in Saudi Arabia. He has appealed.

The sentence would be suspended for six weeks from the date of Sharif's release, Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa said.

"In these six weeks he shall not be allowed to leave Pakistan," he said, reading the order, and added that Sharif would be expected to surrender voluntarily at the end of the bail term.

Three-time premier Sharif, who was disqualified from holding political office for life, has been suffering from a heart condition and kidney problems and has been admitted to hospital. A previous bail appeal was rejected last month.

His daughter Maryam has accused Prime Minister Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf party of mistreating her father, a charge the government denies. The issue has been the subject of bitter wrangling for weeks.

The Supreme Court removed Sharif from office in July 2017 for not disclosing part of a salary drawn from his son's company and he was later convicted in two separate cases of failing to disclose sources of income.

In one of those cases, regarding ownership of upmarket properties in London, the high court granted him bail last September, suspending a 10-year sentence until a final decision on his appeal against the conviction.

The appeal process in both cases is continuing.

Sharif has termed the charges against him politically motivated and accused the military and courts of working together to end his political career and destabilise his Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) party.

Some people, are more equal than others.

He was PM, 3 times, and not one decent hospital in Pakistan, (including Ittefaq Hospital), where he can be treated. Oh the irony!

The Supreme Court on Tuesday suspended Nawaz Sharif's sentence in Al-Azizia reference for six weeks and granted him bail on medical grounds.

A three-judge bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa reserved the decision after Sharif's lawyer and NAB prosecutors completed their arguments.

According to the orders, Nawaz Sharif would not be allowed to leave the country after being released on bail.

The court ordered him to submit Rs5 million surety bonds . Nawaz Sharif will have to surrender before law after expiry of his bail period.

The orders said he would be arrested if he failed to surrender before the law.

If his health does not improve, Nawaz Sharif can file a new application for extension in his bail period.

During the hearing on the bail plea, the Chief Justice asked Sharif's lawyer to prove that his client's health is worsening keeping in view the fact that his medical condition dates back to 2003 while he was sentenced in 2018.

"You want bail. We can order his (Nawaz Sharif) treatment from any hospital of his choice in Pakistan," the CJP was quoted by TV channels as saying.

When Khawaja Haris refereed to a letter of Nawaz Sharif's physicist Dr Lawrence, the Chief Justice asked him to explain the legal status of the letter.

He said how can the letter be produced as evidence when it was not addressed to the court.

He said Dr Lawrence's letter was written to one Adnan, which is a private communication between two individuals.

"Nawaz Sharif's reports say he is suffering from heart disease but we want to know whether his life is in danger.

Tell us how is his situation different from his medical history. How is his health worsening," the CJ was quoted as having told the lawyer.

Khawaja Haris said angina attacks can damage Nawaz Sharif's heart. "All medical boards have said Nawaz Sharrif's angiography is necessary".

The NAB prosecutor, however, opposed the the bail plea saying Sharif has no life threatening illness.

The Islamabad High Court on February 25 had dismissed Nawaz Sharif’s petition seeking bail and suspension of seven year sentence in Al-Azizia reference on medical grounds.

During the last hearing on March 19, headed by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, a three-judged bench summoned a response from National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
NAB has said that Nawaz has no life-threatening condition. The former prime minister wants to go abroad; the accountability bureau further said and urged that his application be rejected
