PMA-L/C Registration problem!! HELP

Recently i was filling out registration form online of PMA L/C . After filling all the required information i got this error while i was submitting my form.. This error "YOUR MARKS PERCENTAGE IS TOO LOW"

These are my results

Matric 685 out of 850 - 80%
F.sc P-1 329 out of 550 - 59%
F.sc P-2 349 out of 550 - 63%

Overall F.sc result 695 out of 1100 - 61%

Pls let me know why am i facing marks problem ?

Please enter total marks of Part II into Part I as well, coz those marks are lower than 60%.
