That press conference was a way for him show his commitment to Imrans mission. Had Imran agreed on.his advise he wouldn't have got the hit pmln had planned for him. Whatever source gave him that info was well wisher of Imran.
Faisal given a good reward for his press conference. Although it did nothing to stem the narrative that establishment has nothing to do with IK getting shot (not saying establishment is involved).
Not holding the press conference would be a huge dent on Faisal’s property investment.

It is good he exposed himself and it was an easy job for PTI to discard him. There are many more and IK needs to keep his eyes opened.
