PM Nawaz pays surprise visit to two commercial centres in Islamabad

I don't understand why he is hated so much in Pakistan . Maybe there's something I don't know that most Pakistanis do.
But he seems like a good chap. I mean Pak is in deep trouble right now and he is trying all he can to boost its economy . No one seems to give credit to his work. I understand that oratory skills are not his strong points, but he's humble and respectful and those are some good qualities. Every party has some bad eggs and PMLN too has some. After all he doesn't have a magic wand that will make everything go away. I am impressed by his initiatives on many fronts like economic rejuvenation, Infra projects undertaking especially Electricity generation, transport infra and also fighting the islamic terrorism. Every time I see Pakistanis give all the credit to the army for WoT and nothing to the civilian government. The initiatives he has undertaken surely would take some years to produce tangible results.

If Imran Khan does it, all fans "WOW, so leader, much appreciated, let's make him King of Pakistan"

But if Nawaz does it, all haters "wow, such publicity attention seeker, die Nawaz, murda Nawaz, RAW CIA agent"

For example, the COAS of Pakistan ordered a new $30 million jet. There was no cry over it. But if Nawaz uses state's already owned plane, people start crying for it saying he's wasting tax payers money. His last 15 visits in 16 months outsides Pakistan cost us $3 million and the COAS cost us $30 million.

Pakistan is a army loving and politicians hater country. When Imran Khan comes in power, he will be dispised as well (many hate him already)
Topi Drama! There is no such thing as a "Surprise visit". His protocol is 150+ vehicles.
Someone isn't happy.

Surprise vsit is surprice, whether iwith 1 car or 150.

Besides, he's prime minister of Pakistan. He cannot refuse security. And it's surprising to see how few security people were around him, considering the terrorism situation in Pakistan. Even Obama in a safe place cannot go around without tons of secury

No u didn't missed anything. People sometimes becomes prey to idealism and refuse to accept the ground realities, u are right, we are in some deep shit trouble and he is doing the best he can (if its enough or not is a separate question), but he is the best we have right now and is the most popular leader in Pakistan . . .. . at the moment. But the situation is so harsh for the common people that they find hard to be patient, so its an understandable response if a fraction hates him since Pakistan is very much politically divided. But it must be learnt that a govt. must be allowed to complete its tenure and then let the people decide their fate, or else we will never come out of this current situation. This is exactly what's happening right now, after Musharaf gone, establishment, political forces, judiciary, media all are struggling to keep the system running, good or bad . .. . this is the only way we will recover. If u rip the govt off after every year or so which has been the trend since the birth of Pakistan . . . .. then what can i say . . . . this is what NS is facing from some fraction of the people within Pakistan . .. . this is what Zardari faced . .. . . this is what Imran Khan or any other leader would face for some time, until democracy matures.

Nawaz sharif is a progressive leader widely respected, but you need to know that people give verdict in elections , he has 150 seats in National assembly while second and third party are way behind like 35 and 33 seats respectively . so people show confidence in elections which they did in 2013 elections . Now lets talk about people who oppose him , he is a political figure and politicians have rivals , like Gandhi jee had rivals, Moodi has rivals etc . But the vast majority has trust over him as he is a national leader .

People doesn't hate him but some of the members of his party

e.g Ayaz sadiq,he made him speaker of the assembly and he's elected through rigging

Actually i like Ishaq dar from his party for his push to the economic growth

You realize that Ishaq dar is the most incompetent cabinet member? he's an accountant, yet managaging state's finances.

And he was directly responsible for the petrol crises as well.
