Even if Modi resumes talks with Pakistan, it could very well be that he will continue with his beligerant stance and refuse to accommodate Pakistan's demands that the Kashmir issue be resolved to their satisfaction. If the Congress leadership refused to accommodate any discussion on any plebiscite being held in Kashmir, what makes Pakistan believe that a right wing Hindu leader would ? You guys are wasting your time and energy in calling for talks. All that talks would do is ensure that India would demand mfn status or demand that you reduce the price of onions which you export to India.

Post 9/11 Indian Policy Makers are completely failed to craft a genuine strategic Poster towards Pakistan....right uptill now.

If one look the big picture, its the Chinese who have make this possible for Pakistan because since the arrival of Chinese FM, US & India started to contact Pakistan, discovery of Chiniot resources is also important as it was discovered by Chinese company and Chinese President will attend 23rd March Pakistan Day parade too.

It show that US & India have failed to isolate Pakistan and bring it on its knees in front of India, so they have decided to engage Pakistan. its funny that after long time Obama just called PM of Pakistan to discuss issues after his India visit.
