PM Modi permits surplus power sale to Pakistan!

The best solution of barter if we give you electricity you give us cement or textile or some other Pakistani goods ... so both become dependent and it hurts both if the interruption happens and Indian electricity is cheaper then Chinese
do not involve money in this electricity trade
It's a positive short term solution.

1. Don't buy in the volumes that if it is missing tomorrow you will be stragetically impacted. Similarly don't setup your network in any area to solely rely on Indian electricity.
2. It builds nation to nation contacts beyond what comes out of the mouths of politicians.
3. it provides power to people who don't have it, or enough of it, until you can find a better way of doing so.

But problem is we have to buy fix amount of power for some years or under some contract. But by next year our most of shortfall will b gone. So then we will face same issue as india where they are genertaing surplus and there is no where to use. But we still need to pay for it.

2 when ever there will b issue they will stop the power supply
3 our politicians sucks in planning they will stop building more dams bec we are getting this power.

so basically i cant trust on our politicians if they can take money for kalabagh dam they can too take for it and then we will b dependent on them as they have made bangaldesh.

If it is true, I don't think this a good decision.

There is no need to export this electricity, We can use it to mine Bitcoins. cryto-currency,

Make ASIC chip design, and get that chip fabricated from a Fab in Taiwan or Singapore.
You don't need to get chip fabricated. A FPGA will do. I have seen lots of students do that in US and in India. Besides, you do not need huge amount of electricity to run that.

It is about control buddy. Why would we buy from the enemy and be dependent on them?

That does not even make any sense.

If you do not want dependence, you can always switch off the fan and sit in the heat :cheesy: ...... for better control, make sure your finger is on the on/off switch at all times.

eh, how so ?

nevermind though, I'm not an expert there but I'm sure there are ways where trade can be expanded and be of mutual benefit, the automobile industry here pops to mind, we are way better placed to export to Pak on the cheap compared to China, whose main industrial base is all in the far east coast.

Its called the "Cost of Risk".

NO INSURANCE company in the world would insure such a pipeline and its operations and if they do, the cost will be exorbitant.

Money ALWAYS triumphs principles.

Mudra means "seal" :P

Money is Dhana or Artha or rupika.

Correct sentence is,

"Aano Dhanapravaha yantu vishwatah "
Mudra also means currency, money for eg Mudra Bazaar, Mudra Vyavastha, Mudra sphiti, Swarn Mudra etc.

I will only reply by saying.
Isn't India buying weapons from Western Countries to stop supply to Pakistan as an influence of a buyer? ;)

WTF is "influence of a buyer" and what has weapons got anything to do with it ?

may be we should explore to export surplus onions as well and import Cement from PK....Cement cartel in India have already increased the prices per bag by Rs.20 in one month!!

World market is a mixture of both buyer and seller. The market not just depends on seller but also buyer. I think you are some unaware Indian.

No it does not. Not in sanskrit.

In Hindi, the word is accepted as coin/currency, because of the "Stamp or Seal" on top of a coin.

Its similar to how "Pani" became a word for water in Hindi. In Sanskrit its apah or jal.
Pani means "hands" in sanskrit, but since we used hands to drink water in ancient times, the word "Pani" started meaning water in hindi.

So? what has that go to do with anything ?
