Actually if this happened and she was the beneficiary, it is a crime, but this did not happen as per the statement. If the risk was borne by the fund, the rewards should accrue to the fund only. Unless there was a compensation mechanism like a finders fee. Someone did say about the donation funds being invested abroad. This is a non issue.

First the property is in Aleema Khan's name, not belonged to Shaukat Khanum as a trust right, as FIA told SC in a submitted report, so stop lying again and again that she did not own the property but Shaukat Khanum, regarding why she hide the property, why she paid fine to FBR which is actually because of tax she stolen by hiding the property (and how did she pay the fine?, what is her source of income?).., why the property is benami? (FIA says its a benami property), where is the money trail?, is the money being laundered?, these are the questions which must be asked from Aleema Khan and none else, The law must take its course, if she has not done nothing wrong, then she must not be afraid, this case must be taken up by FIA, NAB, or CJP should take a suo moto notice and form a neutral JIT to probe everything. simple.
