PM Imran Khan meets Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman

what makes you think they were the followers of sunnah wal jamaah? Every shia claims to be the sunni as in the follower of sunnah of Prophet. Some Akhbari shias in sub-continent also follow the deen of Ibn Arbi, now someone may come up and claim ibn arbi was a follower of sunnah wal jamaah but it's debatable.

The saints I mentioned were NOT Persians. That is what I was implying.

My whole objection is not about whose Shia or Sunni, its this rather strange "holy cow" attitude towards Iran when it comes to Shias of Pakistan. If sacred places are the barometer of a country being classed as "holly cow", then that label goes to Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

Personally, people may disagree, I blame it on the Pakistani Shia Mullahs who get indoctrinated in Qom and then brings the same ideas and corrupt the local young shia with ideas about Iran. I have seen enough lectures of Shia scholars to suss it out. But at the end of the day, the buck stop at state , a) for allowing this indoctrination to continue , b) not creating the Shia schools/institution at par or even better then Qom so our lot do not need to go anywhere. When you allow foreign nations ingress, they will try their best to influence your thought process.
