PM Imran Gives A Befitting Reply To President Trump’s Statement

1. Of course it is up to Pakistan to bear the costs of its own geopolitical decisions, as it is up to it to reap the rewards too.
So tomorrow if you get a job and sign and agreement to be paid and the person doesn't pay you, this rule should apply?

2. And USA paid all the items Pakistan billed it for according to the terms of the agreements.
No it didnt, it cut off meaning there was a something left to cut off! You don't cut off something that isn't already flowing or agreed to...

3. The suffering is very real, I agree, but it is as a result of decisions that Pakistan made as a sovereign nation, and no one else.
As an ally not for being stabbed in the back...Maybe America doesnt know what an ally means hence what Trump is doing now :enjoy:

4. What Trump said is "did nothing for US", not that Pakistan did nothing at all. Big difference between the two.
Maybe you missed the metric fail guy's whine:

“They took him down but — look, look, there’s news right there, he lived in Pakistan, we’re supporting Pakistan, we’re giving them $1.3 billion a year, which we don’t give them anymore, by the way, I ended it because they don’t do anything for us, they don’t do a damn thing for us,” Trump responded.

And as I said, whatever the costs, direct and indirect, as the result of decisions that Pakistan made for itself, and for those, it bears the responsibility.
1) indirect cost we bear ...Then you cant whine what the amount is!
2) Direct cost should be on America after all they agreed if they didn't, how did Trump close something they didnt agree to?

. .
O btw @VCheng Quit crying on behalf of Trump...By your logic, Americans knew what they were in for when they elected the orange man child! Also by your logic, you reap what you sow even a pathological liar. :enjoy:

There is a difference between contract law governing individual employment and international geopolitics. Simply the wrong analogy.

Pakistan can claim all the money after it keeps up its end of the bargain. After all, this works both ways.

You are correct that Pakistan has not been very good ally, and neither has USA, to be fair.

Maybe you missed the metric fail guy's whine:

May be I did not. That is what he said and what I quoted. :D

Yes, and USA has paid the bills.

Fustaval, I am not crying on behalf of anybody. And you are correct, Murrikans elected him and they alone bear the responsibility for him, including me.

This is how a REAL leader responds to protect its nation's interest and dignity. The whole world needs to take the note. Finally, we have a leader who has the courage to speak the truth, sincere to the country and wants to improve the quality of life of common Pakistanis. Fox News should also have interviewed IK to get his response. This is the problem with the US media that on issues like this it never shows the point of view of the other side. No wonder the US public is misled by its leaders.US needs clear message like this one. IK understand the US redneck Psyche and it is a more effective way of response to Trump's bullying statement against Pakistan,..no more free lunches and blame game for ex-superpower Millions perished in their money making war games around the globe enough is enough.US wins most of its wars in his Hollywood media even the US moon landing mission is the masterpiece of Hollywood photography. Pakistan needs to make its voice heard. All nations to be invited to praise pskistan’s Efforts.

I remember watching documentarie and Afghan soldier working with Americans picked up radio frequency of Taliban fighter

Afghan translator asked him brother it’s been 16 years and you are still fighting please drop your weapons and join us, Americans are not that bad for how much longer will you fight ?

Taliban replied until day of judgment, Allah either give us victory or jannah

Afghan knew it then there’s no beating these people

British Empire , Soviet Union now Americans

Some places just can’t be conquered

So IK chose to have a twitter battle with Trump before IMF negotiations ?
nice.

Besides did IK said anything about osama bin laden ?

. . .
I have no need to discuss KSM. Let IK look like a fool internationally for making false claims. Not my problem. :D

Trump has set the bar really high, inregards to being a "fool". IK would need to constantly lie, to match trump. Trump has lied about his weight, Tax returns, Storm Daniels, Micheal Cohan, lock hillary up, voter fraud, bone spurs. List goes on.

Yes, that is true, he is a pathological liar, but Trump has the power of his office behind him. To be fair, IK has the same official power behind him too. But, there is a difference in the backing foundations that cannot be ignored.

Not exactly a deal between allies is a deal otherwise you lose allies....Example: America before vs America today going around breaking "deals" "treaties" and threatening :enjoy:

Pakistan can claim all the money after it keeps up its end of the bargain. After all, this works both ways.
We did keep up our bargain but America sure doesnt want to move out of Iraq nor Afghanistan so that is their problem.....

May be I did not. That is what he said and what I quoted. :D
So you are aware that he did say we did nothing ...a second ago you were denying it like it would cost you your citizenship :D

Yes, and USA has paid the bills.
No it has not, otherwise there would be nothing to "cut"....Cutting is done on something flowing not something that has come to a halt...So the payment was supposed to be continuous and he cut it....His own words!

Fustaval, I am not crying on behalf of anybody. And you are correct, Murrikans elected him and they alone bear the responsibility for him, including me.
Yet, not paying the bill is us having to face the consequences too :(

You are correct that USA is not treating its allies fairly under the present administration. It can, and should do better, in this regard.

We did keep up our bargain but America sure doesnt want to move out of Iraq nor Afghanistan so that is their problem.....

Of course USA has to solve its problems for itself.

So you are aware that he did say we did nothing ...a second ago you were denying it like it would cost you your citizenship :D

He said "did nothing for us", please read again. Pakistan did nothing for us, but obviously did a lot for itself.

No it has not, otherwise there would be nothing to "cut"....Cutting is done on something flowing not something that has come to a halt...So the payment was supposed to be continuous and he cut it....His own words!

Please tell me how the payment was supposed to be continuous. US funding never ever works on a permanent basis but requires periodic renewals tied to specific national interest goals.

Yet, not paying the bill is us having to face the consequences too :(

I can agree that every nation must bear the consequences of its decisions, including Pakistan, and including USA.
