Borrowing is not the problem if you have foreign reserve and big export earning. In addition to that you have the ability to pay back. In Pakistan’s case it’s foreign reserve is around 8 billion usd only, export earning only around 20 billion usd and unable to pay the debt and need to get more debt to make the debt payment. Your pm needs to run from country to country with begging bowl. So condition of Pakistan is not similar like other countries who are taking loan and making payment and economy is progressing at a faster rate.

Remember one more thing, Bangladesh with 25% less population has 15% higher gdp than Pakistan.
