A 350 is new carrier made for cuture needs now time to move forward not bank on old things time to change think tank new aircraft brings something new for passangers on table doing that more passangers get attracted

We can use A 380 as a hajj special flights because it can carry more passangers in one go why not but 1 to start with

To get an aircraft one has to first prepare a feasibility report. There are Passengers but how many flights can be done per day. All this is calculated in the feasibility including taxes import duties and training costs. Not to mention up gradation of current safety parameters along with airports.

All these things are going to cost millions of USD.

Sir, I have mentioned the requirements of PIA and given the difference between B777 and 787 in an earlier post #25.


A-380 operation in Pakistan can only be done from Islamabad new International Airport. All the other Airports in Pakistan need to be upgraded if A380's are to be used.

The operation cost of A380 is too high and it is only feasible on long duration flights not 2 hr flights.


That issue has been solved...Now it uses the same battery as B777's.
B-787's would not be bought by PIA because Airbus would no like it. When PIA bought the B777's it had to cancel the orders already placed with Airbus of A-340-500. Airbus had to offer these aircraft as buy one get one free in the open market.

I really hope they buy new aircrafts if they are really willing to.

LOL. That list has the 777 as having no sound insulation. Right. Plus other technical details are wrong, for example the landing distance.

4000ft vs 7000ft.

That's really low, 737s need more runway than 4000ft.

Maybe these are the absolute min. figures from testing.

They will fly where? PIA network is shrinking. Their tickets are expensive and quality of service is extremely bad.

To fly to Pakistan, I have cheaper, way much better alternatives - Emirates, Turkish and Etihad.

Expatriates liked to fly PIA but its not an attractive option anymore. Bad service is one reason and other reason for me being why I pay to a company run by corrupt politicians and their hand picked idiots who dont even deserve to be running airline.

Nothing beats a non-stop flight for the minimum door-to-door time.

Toronto inbound and outbound flights are always full due to zero stops in the way.
