What sort of Facility are you taking about?

If you say maintenance then Full maintenance of an aircraft can be done by PIA for bot Boeing and Airbus.

For Pakistan and Pakistani people fuel efficient, less maintence cost
A350-1000 (The 366-seater shapes efficiency with 25 per cent operating costs savings compared to its direct competitor) is not better option than too much costly boeing 777.

Do you know what would it costs to induct these A350's other then the price of the aircraft?

If yes then please understand that it is much more cheaper to build on an existing aircraft.

B777 and 787's have a few things common. Like the Cabin and Cockpit lay out. Some other common parts but still these aircraft are different.

787 is more composite, new engine , new wings , longer range lesser fuel consumption

The requirement for PIA is not long range but high payload. PIA currently operates 2 B777-200LR for the flights to Canada. If Direct flights to USA or Australia are approved then the nubers of B777-200 LR or B-787 will arise. For now even the B777-200/300 ER is more then enough. These aircraft under the present configuration are able to do 14-16 hrs of Flight.

The most important destination is Saudi Arabia which has a turn around time of 10hrs maximum. For this PIA should opt for B777-300 domestics or B747-800 Domestic which can carry more passengers.

If one compare India distance to USA then B777-200LR is able to fly from Mumbai to New York but if one goes further south (Thiruvananthapuram) or east (Chennai) then even the B-777-200 LR can not fly with full load to USA. Hence the requirement of having the B787 dreamliners.

maintenance facility for commercial airliners jet in pakistan??
and who maintain them PIA or PAC?
PIA has its own maintenance facilities in Karachi and Islamabad since a very long time. These include maintenance of both Boeing aircraft and Airbus aircraft.

If we look at Shaheen Air they also have their own maintenance set-up in Karachi.
There is a private company to which is providing maintenance to various operators.

Till the time we dont bring down employee to machine ratio in some acceptable range and cleanse PIA of corrupt officials, till then there is no use of new inductions of any sort.Reportedly PIA has around 475 employees for one aircraft. This ratio is i think the highest in the world for any airliner.

True PIA needs to be downsized but one must also consider other things not just employees. PIA flies to Europe and back. These flights normally are planed from Karachi via Lahore or Islamabad and the same way on the return. These landing and take-off also cost high amounts of money. People do not know this hence they think it is profitable this way.

The Flight that go to the USA are required to land in England where the entire aircraft along with Passenger screening would be done. If Pakistan installed the latest screening machinery from US or Europe then they would be allowed to fly directly. The cost saving would be enough to bring the airline around from the red to atleast break even.

No they aren't, 777 is in a class of it's own. It carries more passengers and cargo than the largest version of 787. A330's are being replaced by 787.

Ispahani hangar in Karachi is used as a maintenance facility. PK should build one at new Islamabad airport as they add more aircraft in their fleet.

higher fuel cost is the problem and that why 787 was required.

777 has more powerful engine so thats why higher payload cap.
Nexy gen 777's will be even better, hope PK picks a few
