Plunder, murders, and rapes by tribals in 1948 war of kashmir...truth?

I have searched about 1948 war of kashmir on internet and found that tribals are described to be indulging in loot, murders and rapes while in our text books tribals are appreciated for helping their kashmiri muslim brothers and playing main role in liberating azad kashmir. How much it true? Were tribals really involved in these atrocities?
Mainly wazirs and mehsuds from FATA joined kashmir war. I checked some books about waziristan operations by british authors and found that in the past wazirs and mehsuds used to loot merchant caravans to and from afghanistan for their living, they also used to attack neighbour pashtun tribes for plunder. British were weary of their attacks on tank and bannu. Infact first british operation against wazirs started on request of dawars, a weaker and peaceful tribe in north waziristan, they were sick of waziri attacks on them.
In ayub khan 60s times wazirs attacked bannu and expelled all bannuchis from it, they plundered bannu. Marwats and bannuchis then fought back and recovered back bannu from them and pushed them back to their hills, so i understand if tribals have looted in kashmir but rapes? Rapes is unimaginable in tribal areas and it never happens. war. i have seen interviews of pakistanis in which they claimed that due to undisciplined nature of tribals advance in kashmir was halted & in some areas they had to retreat back.

Onec can expect tribals to plunder but not rape. Wazirs and Mahsuds also plundered kabul after fighting for the cause of Nadir shah, but we didnt hear about rape cases. Nowadays they are into transport and other jobs, but at that time they were providing for themeselves through warring. As they were never paid salaries, so we used to hear cases about them looting caravans , enemy camps, neighbouring tribes etc. It seems indians took advantage of this reputation of tribesmen and fabricated lies of baramulla, adding to it accounts of rapes for weight.

Nice only 1 or 2 rape cases. The way you are throwing the numbers, may be you might very well know the date, names of the victims as well. I am sure the victims would have been Hindus. How can a Muslim loot, kill or rape another Muslim? right?? The ones who are indulging in those acts as of today are anyways declared non muslims by the likes of you. Isn't it correct?

Also, why loot only Hindus for food and shelter. Didn't Muslims had food and shelter? As if tribals would have really cared!! They were uncultured savages and did what they were good at doing i.e. loot and rape irrespective of the religion of the victims.

If the purpose was loot and rapes, tribals would have returned back from Baramullah. @engineer saad has come up with 1 or two rape cases, but thats indian propaganda which has also affected pakistanis...not a single rape was committed by tribals !. Tribals looted state treasury at baramulla, major anwar khursheed had arguements with them that it belongs to state of pakistan which infuriated tribals. Due to these differences, tribals delay the march towards srinagar, asserting that they are spending 3 days of eid at baramullah.

Yes they helped AKRF .But evidence are written in many books about rape cases of Nuns.

It is a sin to rape Non Muslim in Islam and one who commit this act from Tribal lashkar was trialed by their Emir. I am Proud on my beloved Tribes.

God was perhaps not so kind to Kashmiris for they (Kashmiris) may have been saved from the tribals but fell victim to the wrath of far more viscous Dogra and Sikh troops who have systematically employed rape as a weapon of terror to subdue Kashmiris in past 70 years.

Yeh....it is just a matter of perception...as a matter of fact, things are not the way how your God or your people have expected..Any way, it is my beleive that God do not do anything...fact on the ground determines the outcome...Pakistan played badly with respect to Kashmir...They could have played a better game..
