That is the reason one of your diplomat said Xinjiang terrorist came from Pak camps... you can also invite Taliban members to Uighur areas..
Well, Chinese diplomats also said Pakistan is China's "Israel", when US officials were frustrated over China's supporting Pakistan so much, at a time when US is tryingto sabotage it. Obviously Pakistan is against this terrorism in China, and Pakistan itself is a huge victim of terrorism.
We first had alot of these "bomb blasts" and foreign-backed terrorists in cities when the Soviet Union was occupying Afghanistan, and Indian RAW and KGB operated here. Now, for the second time, we've had a sharp rise in terrorism in Pakistan when the US came and squatted in Afghanistan. In both instances, both these superpowers used India's extensive capabilities and network inside Pakistan.
The US even allowed Indians to operate freely from our western Afghan border, these heavily-armed and well-supplied militants the Pakistani army fights in Waziristan also get their supplies through Afghanistan(and only due to US and Indian efforts). But in the bigger picture, 2011 was their deadliest year yet, they lost more soldiers than any prev year, and their control on the ground only extents to the major cities and urban areas, Afghan resistance controls >80% of the territory and almost all rural areas even according to US media, and USA has to pay them bribes to let US supplies pass through unharmed.
Once the US runs away from Afghanistan like they're very eager to, and India looses the freedom/space to operate that Americans provided it in Afghanistan, things are liable to be much easier. Even now, India tries to cozy up with the US-backed puppet regime in Afghan, and the Afghan resistance bombed India's embassy in that country.
Just like the terrorists the US&India export to Pakistan, these activities in Xinjiang that always flare up when US wants, are also liable to go away once the US isn't in our neighborhood anymore. India, we can easily tackle on our own, they treat their own people like they're colonized, and there are multiple insurgencies going on due to that.
