Still, we need to remember that the Chinese were very much on the Pakistani side in the 1965 war, even going as far as threatening India with nukes and offering military aid to Pakistan. There is still a chance of China and Pakistan coalescing on the border as it draws Indian resources towards defending it allowing PLAN to expand it's presence in the Indian Ocean.

The Chinese PLA is a genuine threat. India has really exhausted a lot of cards and opportunities available at it's hand to deter/evade the Chinese threat.
But it's not the time to focus on past failures or uncalculative mis deeds. There is still possibility of countering the threat step by step ferociously.
The Giants have weak spots too.
Mustering Skill and calculated strategy can suffice a good conducive environment for deterrence against an unpredictable wolf.

It's not the only thing though the internal strength of the country lies with it's own people and their decisions and behaviour. False pretentious and walking with minds switched off will only make the situation a ticking time bomb.Making the internal right and aware will make the external more and more healthy and strong.

Obviously Xi / CCP need such border news for Chinese consumption. Except some Pakistanis try to be better compliant Chinese than Chinese people themselves.

While enjoying their comments, what we cannot do is ignore the recurring headache and waste of focus and energy the CCP causes in LAC and Eastern borders.

The LAC is not a mutually agreed borderline that is why it is call a line of actual control worse than LOC line of control. The whole area is a disputed area without an actual borderline for century until India unilatterally draw the LAC which is not recognise by China. Now they are also having trouble with Nepal and Bhutan
