Well... they werea debate on Twitter about this pic... Since with only the upper half, you can't say if it's a US TOW or the Iranian made Toophan, since the only difference about those two is the 3 black (for US) and Yellow (Iran) rings on Tripod... it's the "Only" difference about those 2...

PPl should understand that PKK's Afrin pocket is different from the others... the few equipement came from Manbij, less than a year ago, after Al bab op... where they could communicate throu' ASSad pocket of Aleppo and sTill does now...even thou' RU said they will stop them...
So US equipement in Afrin is limited, I'm not saying that they don't have TOW, but if they do, it's only limited( few pcs) Meanwhile...they were supplied by ASSad/RU side, that a fact, and mostly during Aleppo op where they took FSA territories, like TEl rifaat etc...
