Still no "balls" to privatize the real POS state loss making entities like "PIA" and "Pakistan Steel Mill" which cause the biggest losses and contribute the biggest share to the "national annual budget deficit". By privatizing "small" state owned enterprises and avoiding the big fish like PIA and Pakistan steel mill, they are following that famous english proverb "Penny wise, pound foolish".

Privatization would have improved both KE and PTCL had they been given to non-Arab countries. I'm sure these companies "sweetened" the deal so that they could get these acquisitions. If KE and PTCL had been privatized to Chinese/American/Turkish/Korean companies we would have seen MASSIVE improvements.
